Mouse antisera/antibodies are a standard of immunologic research. VCR produces ascites rich in both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
Monoclonal antibody ascites is produced in BALBc mice induced with your hybridoma cells. Volume of ascites produced varies with each cell line but a minimum of 5 ml per mouse is expected.
